A man has been found guilty of manslaughter and the rape of a woman in Southall following an investigation.

Mohamed Noor Lidow of Hounslow was found guilty on Friday the 18th of October after a three-week trial at The Old Bailey.

The body of Natalie Shotter was found by a member of the public on a bench in Southall Park in July 2024.

After Met Police reviewed CCTV footage from the night of the attack, Lidow was arrested at his home in Hounslow.
