The development, which is part of Elmbridge Council’s autumn refurbishment programme, should be ready for use in early November.
Grovelands Recreation Ground and Hurst Meadows will both enjoy new infant play areas, with the latter also getting a seesaw and swings.
These playgrounds are just one of several developments the Council is planning to make to improve play areas across the borough.
