Hammersmith and Fulham Council are looking for local heroes who have made a difference to the community.

The Civic Honour awards recognise and thank individuals, groups and organisations for their hard work.

There are different award categories, such as ‘Lifetime achievement’ and ‘Individual contributions to building a stronger, safer, and kinder borough’.
