Police say they were on scene within three minutes after the alarm at the commercial property alerted authorities to the break in.
After a brief foot chase, the suspects were identified, arrested and the stolen property was recovered.
The suspects have been linked to multiple commercial burglaries in Twickenham where more than £8,000 worth of goods were stolen.
