It’s reported he exposed himself while driving past them in a black car along Elgin Road around 4pm yesterday afternoon
He’s described as white with short, dark hair, average height and build, wearing a grey short-sleeved t-shirt with a logo on the chest.
Officers are asking any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage in the area around that time to contact them on 101.
