More than £650,000 has gone to community groups across Merton and Wandsworth thanks to this year’s Wimbledon Fortnight.

The Wimbledon Foundation is the official charity of the All England Club and The Championships.

It awarded 62 grants this summer alone, totalling over £679,000.

The Foundation’s fund has awarded £1.7 million through 287 grants since it was established in 2014.
