AMA Fest was being billed as one of the biggest and most talked about Amapiano spectacles in the world by its organisers.
Hounslow Council says event management for the festival, which was scheduled to last 10 hours on the 31st, was not up to their standards.
Tickets ranged from £39 to £105.
The festival will now go ahead in Bygrave Woods in Hertfordshire.
