Emily Oliver was 21 when she died in 2019, 18 months after being diagnosed with a rare brain tumour.
Tim Oliver says she was considered too old for a children’s hospice, but he feels she was too young for an adult one.
He is dedicating his time now to bridging the gap for those caught in between services.
