16-year-old Josh and 21-year-old Sam Harwood-White are leaving Kingston to complete an 800-mile journey to Val Pellice in Italy.
They say they have been inspired to do it by both of their parents who are cancer patients.
Sam tells us how he has entrusted his younger brother with planning the route.
