A GP in Streatham has described the situation at surgeries in London as ‘incredibly tricky’, following a cyber attack earlier this month.

Dr Lucy Goodeve-Docker, from Streatham High Practice, spoke to the BBC after the Synnovis pathology lab was hacked.

Synnovis processes blood tests on behalf of a number of NHS organisations, mostly in South-East London.

Dr Goodeve-Docker says the Streatham surgery has gone from processing 200 tests a day, to now only 15-20.
