A warehouse fire in Mitcham is believed to have been caused by lithium batteries igniting flammable materials.
The blaze in Hallowfield Way on Tuesday morning did not injure anyone, but it took 25 firefighters to put it out.
Five tonnes of household waste, and the small part of a plant digger were the destroyed by the fire.
