Daniel Radcliffe’s won his first Tony award – but insists he’ll never forget his acting roots.

The 34-year-old from Fulham picked up the prize for best actor in a featured role in a musical for his part in Merrily We Roll Along.

He told the ceremony in New York it was an “honour” to be in the show, which explores the relationship between three life-long friends.

Other winners included Succession’s Jeremy Strong.
