Leatherhead based Zoetis have collaborated with The British Veterinary Association to present this prestigious award.
They are calling on the public and veterinary professionals to nominate exceptional candidates who have made a big impact.
The winner will be announced at the BVA Awards ceremony in November.
They will receive a prize package of £1,000, a year of free BVA membership and mentoring opportunities with Zoetis.
