People in Surrey affected by the ULEZ expansion say they should have been able to take part in the London Mayoral elections.

Labour’s Sadiq Khan won a third term earlier this month.

But people living on Surrey’s borders where the £12.50 daily charge came into force say they didn’t get a vote despite being most affected.

Meanwhile, Sutton’s residents did get a vote, but Conservative MP Paul Scully says Mr Khan has ignored their concerns as well.
