A teacher from the Ursuline High School in Wimbledon has been suspended after showing support for Hamas online.

Religious studies teacher Ronan Preastuin praised the organisation’s actions on Israel on October the 7^th in since-deleted Tweets on X.

His Tweets were then exposed by the GnasherJew website. UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) wrote to the school to inform them.

Headteacher Eoin Kelly confirmed to UKLFI that Mr Preastuin had been suspended from work and that the police had been notified.
