Comedian Jimmy Tarbuck has popped in to Epsom Hospital to make a serious bit of business “great fun.”

He was in the Urology Department to present a £10,000 TULA Laser Machine to surgeons there.

It will be used to treat patients with bladder cancer without the need for sedation or anaesthetic.

Patients are fit to walk out of hospital in less than one hour after the tiny laser goes through a flexible telescope inserted into the bladder.
