Andrew Simpson was pulled over after he was spotted by a police officer exceeding the temporary 50 mph limit in place for roadworks.
The 53 year old’s vehicle was then seen tailgating a car travelling at the speed limit and trying to force it out of the way.
It then undertook a Mercedes at 100 mph, before undertaking three further vehicles at 107 mph during the incident last April.
