Royal Mail could cut postal deliveries to as few as three days a week under plans put forward to modernise the postal service.
Regulator Ofcom’s made the suggestion, warning the business is “unsustainable” without reform.
But the government would have to change the law for it to happen and Rishi Sunak is against the idea.
