Wandsworth Council has been named as one of 119 towns and cities worldwide to receive a top grade for its leadership in climate action.

This is the second year running Wandsworth has achieved an A-rating from the environmental non-profit, CDP.

It is one of just four local authorities in London to do so this year.

The council continues work to decarbonise buildings and to help privately-owned homes improve their energy efficiency
