Emergency services were called to Pampisford Road at 7:15 this morning to reports of a collision between a bus and a pedestrian.
Paramedics took her to hospital, we await an update of her condition.
Any witnesses of the incident are urged to contact police on 101.
The road closure is still in place between Haling Park Road and Edgehill Road.
