22 year old Klaudio Gjonaj was given a 3 year and 3-month prison sentence, as well as being ordered to pay £228 in costs.
Gjonaj was stopped by police on Bonehurst Road in Horley in August and a search of his vehicle was carried out.
A large quantity of cash was seized along with two bags of white powder.
Dogs were used to carry out a further search of the vehicle and multiple bags of white powder were found concealed in the car.
