The 10 year old’s body was found, alone, at the family home in Woking in Surrey last month.
Sara’s Father, Urfan Sharif, her stepmother Beinash Batool, and her uncle Faisal Malik are accused of murdering the little girl.
They’re also charged with causing or allowing the death of a child and will appear in court in Guildford this morning.
The trio were arrested as they returned from Pakistan on Wednesday night.
A post mortem found Sara suffered “multiple and extensive” injuries before she died.
