Surrey Heartlands has announced a new strategy to respond to workforce challenges across health and social care

This is in response to the publication of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.

“United Surrey Talent” aims to unite the talent and skills across all its organisations and create more fulfilling careers for its workforce.

Social care and voluntary sectors will be strengthened to reflect the fact they plan to form a united team, so residents are looked after holistically.
