13 of the lines were operating in Epsom, with three more targeted in Redhill during a 6 month operation.
More than a kilo of Class A drugs, 15 knives, a firearm and nearly £25,000 in cash were seized.
Those sentenced included people from Sutton, Wallington, Carshalton, Kingston and Surbiton.
