The Rotary Club of Kew Gardens says the life saving devices need to be on the The Circuit register for emergency services.
The club also says the vast majority of defibrillators are not available 24/7, as they are based at premises with limited opening hours.
People are being urged to join the Rotary Club and London Ambulance Service on May the 28th for CPR sessions.
They’ll take place at St Luke’s Church.
