The 49 year old Conservative peer broke the speed limit seven times between April and November 2023.
On one occasion, Lord Goldsmith of Richmond Park was caught driving at 29mph in a 20 zone along Chelsea Embankment.
In May, August and November of the same year, he broke the 40mph limit on the A316 in Twickenham by driving at 46 and 47mph.
