Young carers in Hammersmith and Fulham have showcased their talents at a summer arts event.

The night at Latymer Upper School was called ‘heroes’ and featured dance, music, and short films.

A recent Carers Trust survey found 17% of young carers rarely get a break, and 72% miss school holidays.
