Yorkshire cricket captain Jonny Bairstow will miss their next County Championship match against Nottinghamshire after signing a deal to play for Mumbai Indians in the I-P-L.

He’ll step in to replace Surrey’s Will Jacks for the Indian Premier League play-offs.

Jacks is joining up with England for their upcoming limited overs series against the West Indies.
