The Mereway Nature Park on the Lower Crane river, was adapted to improve the river’s natural flow.
Around 30 meters of concrete was removed from the riverbank, allowing space for waterfowl and wetland wildlife.
The site had been fenced off during the works, but visitors can now enjoy the views of the river from the top of the bank.
