Manchester Airport has been ranked the worst airport in the UK for a fourth year in a row, while Exter and Liverpool John Lennon came top.
That’s according to a Which? survey which asked passengers to mark categories including seating, staff, toilets, queues and passport control.
Heathrow ranked poorly, with complaints about seating, queues, and food, though the airport disputes the findings.
A spokesperson for Manchester airport said the survey “bears no resemblance to the experience people receive day in, day out”.
