Westminster Abbey’s 97th Field of Remembrance will open to the public, later this week.

Around 300 plots will be laid out to commemorates those who have lost their lives in the Armed Forces.

The field, which is organised by the Poppy Factory in Richmond, opens this Thursday afternoon until Sunday 16 November.

Remembrance crosses and symbols will be provided for people who wish to plant a symbol in memory of fallen comrades and loved ones.
