Wandsworth’s Sustainable September has ended, wrapping up its first ever month-long celebration of community action.

The Council worked with local groups and organisations to deliver a programme of over 60 events.

These included Car Free Day on 22 September, welcoming the highest number of street parties in London.

Events were designed to educate and empower residents to make sustainable choices in their daily lives and tackle climate change.
