Wandsworth has officially been named one of London’s cleanest boroughs.

Government data collected across the last two years shows it had the third lowest number of recorded flytips in inner London at 6,094.

Only Lambeth and Islington recorded fewer incidents.

In comparison, Merton had over 17,000 flytips reported, and Croydon over 22,000, during the same period.
