The boroughs have been given the highest possible score by global watchdog CDP for the second year in a row.
Only a small number of cities get this rating yearly, which shows they are cutting pollution, saving energy and protecting the environment.
Since 2019, the area has added the most UK EV chargers, boosted recycling, and created green spaces to clean air and prevent floods.
