Architects and artists are invited to submit innovative proposals for a chance to rejuvenate the critical route into a vibrant space.
Council Leader Simon Hogg says that improvements to the bridge and the road below it are “long overdue”.
Those interested in taking part have until Thursday 12th September to submit their interest.
