Viewers around the world will soon get a glimpse into the lives of trauma teams at St George’s Hospital in Tooting.

Netflix’s new six-part series, Critical: Between Life and Death, hits the streaming platform on July the 23rd.

The London Major Trauma System is a unique network of hospitals made up of four major trauma centres, including St George’s.

A major trauma happens every 60 minutes in the capital.

The series was filmed last summer and goes behind-the-scenes of lifesaving interventions.

It also features personal and emotional interviews with patients and staff.
