Officers were called to Buckingham Gardens on Tuesday the 5th of September just before 11:30 at night.
On their arrival, an allegation of assault was made and the 15 and 16-year-old boys were arrested for a public order offence.
They have been released while enquire continue.
Police are asking any witnesses in the area to contact them on 101.
