It happened in Shepperton Road just after 7am and involved multiple vehicles.
The drivers of two of the cars involved were declared deceased at the scene not far from Shepperton Studios.
Their next of kin have been informed.
Road closures were put in place at the roundabout for Shepperton Road and Directors Way, and Laleham Road at the junction with Shepperton Road and Littleton Lane. Police say they would like to thank motorists for their patience while they dealt with the incident alongside emergency services colleagues.
