Three women and two men aged between 22–62 have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, affray and other offences.
Any witnesses of the incident in the Two Rivers Retail Park area at around midnight yesterday morning are urged to come forward.
Police are urging witnesses or anyone with phone, CCTV of dashcam footage in the area at that time to contact them on 101.
The suspects all remain in custody.
