The latest group were arrested after a demonstration in Parliament Square in August and are due to appear in Court later this month.
A total of 254 people in London have now been charged under section 13 of the Terrorism Act 2000 since July.
Charges carry a maximum six-month prison sentence and may affect employment, university entry, and international travel.
