Jayes Kharouti and James Harding, from Alton, were arrested after the Met intercepted messages on the encrypted app EncroChat.
Officers uncovered their drug network and murder plans.
Harding, who lived in Dubai, made £5 million in 10 weeks; Kharouti fled the UK but was caught in Turkey.
Harding was sentenced to 32 years, and Kharouti received 26 years.
