Police were called to Hanworth Road following reports of a stabbing just before 2:30pm on Sunday.
A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital but later died.
Two men, aged 27 and 37, were arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday and remain in custody.
Hounslow Council Leader Shantanu Rajawat is “deeply saddened” by the murder and assures the community police are increasing patrols.
