Two men from Croydon and Wandsworth have been charged in connection with Russia-linked arson attacks in central London.

22-year-old Jakeem Barrington Rose and 19-year-old Ugnius Asmena have been charged under the National Security Act.

They are the latest to be connected with the March attack on Ukrainian businesses, linked to terrorist organisation Wagner Group.

Rose and Asmena, who were arrested on Thursday, are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today.
