These include conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to steal motor vehicles, and conspiracy to steal from motor vehicles.
The offences were committed in Netherne-on-the-Hill, Purley, Epsom, and Banstead.
The two men charged have been named as 35-year-old Tony Grant, and 18-year-old Jay Meechan – both of Carshalton.
