Raheel Ahmed has been handed 9 years and Adheel Ahmed 6 years after being found guilty of possession with intent to supply.
The police operation, which started in January last year, led to the seizure of £46,000 in cash and £25,000 worth of Class A drugs.
The brothers were found to be controlling a line operating between West and East London.
