Twickenham Green now has permanent lights along the main path after a year-long trial.

The lights turn on when someone walks by and dim when the park is quiet, helping people feel safer while protecting local wildlife.

The upgrade responds to local concerns and is part of Richmond Council’s work to keep women and girls safe.

Residents are encouraged to use well-lit paths and tell the council about any safety issues or concerns.
