Emergency Services were called to the scene at around 5pm, where the police were in pursuit of a moped that failed to stop in the area.
London Ambulance Services have taken two of those injured to a major trauma centre after sustaining shotgun pellet injuries.
The third victim has been taken to the hospital after being injured by the moped.
None of the victims are in a critical condition.
The Met are launching a full investigation and are asking any witnesses or those with dash-cam footage to call 101.
