One woman from Worcester Park was arrested for GBH, one man for assaulting a prison officer, and another for criminal damage.
The disorder blocked roads, delayed medical assistance, and disrupted prison transport in the area.
Police condemned the assaults on emergency workers and stressed that lawful protest is supported, but criminal behaviour will not be tolerated.
