Elmbridge Borough Councillors have declared the options refurbishment, extension or a brand new facility.

The authority says Hurst Pool is a high user of energy and water and this needs to be considered in any decision.

Work will now progress to fully cost and assess the three options before they go back to Elmbridge Cabinet later in the year.
