Two 20-year-old men suffered stab injuries and a third victim, aged 22, had a slash injury to his face.
A man, believed to be in his 30s, has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and is in police custody.
None of those injured are in a life-threatening or life-changing condition.
